1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using the Vespera mobile mining application or website (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services. 

2. General Overview 

Vespera provides a decentralized mobile mining platform that allows users to earn tokens through active participation. The content, tools, and features offered are for informational and utility purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging in any activity related to our ecosystem. 

3. User Responsibilities

a) Compliance with Laws and Policies  
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activities or violation of intellectual property rights, is strictly prohibited.

When creating or managing your account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Misleading statements, impersonation, or the use of fake identities are grounds for immediate suspension or termination.

c) Respectful Use  
You must interact respectfully with other users and Vespera staff. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any conduct that threatens the safety and rights of others is strictly forbidden.

4.Mobile Mining & Earning

a) Earning Opportunities  
Vespera utilizes innovative algorithms to enable mobile mining, where your contributions—such as active app use, ad engagement, and referrals—translate into token earnings. These mechanisms are governed by our internal protocols and may be adjusted to ensure ecosystem sustainability.

b) Fair Use  
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt the mining system through bots, automated scripts, multiple fake accounts, or other unauthorized means will result in immediate account termination and potential forfeiture of earnings.

5. Data Privacy & Security 

Your personal data is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We adhere to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect your rights and privacy. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to safeguard your data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. By using our Services, you acknowledge this inherent risk

6. Risks & No Financial Advice 

a) Blockchain Risks  
Engaging with blockchain-based platforms involves risks such as price volatility, regulatory shifts, cybersecurity threats, and market uncertainties. You accept full responsibility for these risks and acknowledge that Vespera shall not be liable for any resulting losses.   
b) No Investment or Financial Advice  
Nothing within our Services constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Vespera tokens are utility tokens and do not represent equity, ownership, dividends, or voting rights in Vespera or any affiliated entity.

7. Intellectual Property 

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on our platform are the property of Vespera or its licensors and are protected under international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. No Warranties & Limited Liability 

Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vespera disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our platform.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vespera’s primary entity is incorporated. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
