This page explains why you might not see rewarded ads in Vespera Network right now and what we’re doing to improve the experience.
➡️What’s changing—and why
We’re strengthening security and compliance, preventing invalid traffic, and preparing more stable ad inventory. During this ramp-up, ad availability may temporarily vary by device and region.
➡️Our ad partners
Live today: Google AdMob and Unity Ads.
In progress: We’re onboarding additional ad partners to increase fill rate and regional coverage.
➡️Device & OS support (Huawei, etc.)
Huawei devices without Google Mobile Services (GMS) don’t receive Google ads. On these devices, AdMob inventory is limited or unavailable.
We’re integrating alternative networks so Huawei users can also see rewarded ads as coverage expands.
➡️Regional availability
We enable regions in stages to ensure quality and compliance. If your country is currently limited or shows “not available,” it will open as inventory and policy checks complete.
➡️Frequency, cooldowns & ramp
Target model: Up to 5 rewarded ads per 6-hour window (server-time enforced).
To protect against invalid traffic and to match available inventory, we’re gradually increasing the per-user ad count toward this target.
Cooldowns and pacing are applied automatically; the app will tell you when you can try again.
➡️One device ⇄ one account
To keep the ecosystem fair and to comply with partner policies:
One device is allowed for one account.
Multi-accounting, emulator/virtual device use, automation, VPN/proxy masking, or other spammy behavior can trigger limited ad delivery by us and our ad partners, and may lead to account restrictions.
➡️Why you might not see an ad right now
No-fill: There isn’t an eligible ad for your device/region at this moment. This is normal—please wait and try again later. Repeated tapping won’t create inventory.
Pacing/cooldown: You’ve reached the temporary limit for your current 6-hour window.
Region/device limits: Your country or device (e.g., Huawei without GMS) currently has limited coverage.
Policy/quality flags: Risky patterns (multi-accounting, emulators, VPN/proxy) reduce or block ads.
Connectivity/updates: Weak internet, outdated Play services, missing app updates, or disabled consent can also prevent ad loading.
➡️Best practices (what you can do)
Keep Vespera Network and Google Play services up to date.
Use one account on one physical device; avoid emulators, VPN/proxy, and automation tools.
Ensure stable internet and keep device time on automatic.
If you get no-fill, wait (don’t spam open) and try again later.
